Aiko Melendez finally shared how she was able to achieve such a huge weight loss. The actress narrated that her routine comprised of counting calories, which is a very strict diet.
The 44-year-old actress, in her latest vlog, said that her limit for a day is 500 calories.
Her diet was only two boiled eggs and a coffee for the entire day, but in the second month, she was able to increase it to 1000 calories.
This time, she was able to eat strawberries, blackberries, apple cider vinegar, and water with lemon.
Kimchi was also part of her "good" diet and the actress was not afraid to admit that she underwent a Brazilian Buttift Procedure.
