Investigative journalist tags Francis Leo Marcos' wedding to Fil-Jap beauty queen as fake

- An investigative journalist claimed that the wedding of Norman Mangusin, a.k.a. Francis Leo Marcos, to a Filipino-Japanese beauty queen, was fake

- Manuel Mejorada described the status of the marriage of Marcos with Muya Murakami as invalid or void ab initio

- Aside from Murakami, Mejorada also stated that another woman, Maria Christina Caber, was married to Mangusin 18 years ago

- As for the Caber marriage, Mejorada stated that Mangusin pretended that he was an engineer in Saudi Arabia when in fact he was working as a baker in the said country

The case of Norman Mangusin, or Francis Leo Marcos, has gotten a lot of attention from the public. The controversial character flaunted his wealth on social media but was busted by the NBI for a number of cases.

An investigative journalist, Manuel Mejorada, created an expose, which tackled the personal life of Mangusin. He discussed the flaws of Magusin's two marriages.

Muya Murakami, the beauty queen

According to Mejorada, the marriage of Mangusin to a Filipino-Japanese beauty queen Muya Murakami was void ab initio because, during the marriage, Mangusin used his fake name, Francis Leo Marcos and not "Norman Mangusin."

According to Mejorada, the beauty queen was led to believe that Mangusin was a relative of former President Ferdinand Marcos, Sr. Showcasing a lavish lifestyle, Murakami was reportedly impressed although the money that Mangusin was using was just given to him by a friend.

Maria Christina Caber

Mangusin was married to Maria Christina Caber 18 years ago. Mejorada stated that up to this day, the marriage remains valid.

Based on Mejorada's account, Mangusin introduced himself as an engineer working in Saudi Arabia although he was actually working as a baker.

"Noong bumalik siya galing sa Saudi ay agad siyang nag propose ng kasal kay Christine, eh si Christy kahit may duda ay pumayag na rin dahil mukhang may trabaho naman, mukhang responsable naman, so kinasal sila sa may Pasay noong 2002," declared Mejorada.
