Maureen Wroblewitz finally addressed the speculation on social media that she was removed from the long-time running noontime show entitled “Eat Bulaga.”
KAMI learned that the famous Filipino-German model became a co-host in the said show from September 2018 to mid-2019.
Many people speculated that the celebrity was removed from the program because of her “poor” hosting skills.
However, during a Facebook live interview with RX 93.1 FM radio station, she revealed that the language barrier affected her so much while on the show.
She also stated that she was not comfortable hosting in front of a big crowd because she has a stage fright.
“I feel, like, because modelling is not such a big thing anymore in the Philippines. And I like to get out of my comfort zone, because I’m introverted, and I like the challenge… So I did try hosting. I hosted a bit on Eat Bulaga,” she quipped.
“But then, it was more on… I feel, like, the language barrier because I wasn’t fluent in Tagalog. I feel like hosting is… I could do some hosting, but I didn’t really feel comfortable hosting,” she added.
In a previous article by KAMI, Maureen belied the claim in the online world that she is already pregnant.
Maureen Wroblewitz is a well-known model and commercial endorser. She gained prominence after winning the “Asia’s Next Top Model Cycle 5” in 2017.
