Solenn Heussaff shared on social media a photo of the caesarean cut she got from giving birth to Baby Thylane.

According to the Kapuso star, she posted its photo on her Instagram story so the mommies out there asking her about it would see.

"Don't feel numbness and feel okay to work out," she said in her post.

Aside from her caesarean cut, her social media post also showed her linea nigra or the pregnancy line.

“Linea nigra still visible,” she wrote.

The photo showed her tattoo as well, which she got when she was 13 years old. Solenn also revealed that she regrets having that tattoo.

“Tattoo I regret I did at 13 lol. But memories are there I love," said Solenn.

The actress furthermore promised to post the breathing exercises she does every day that mothers like her can also do after a couple of weeks of giving birth.

“Will post breathing exercises I still do everyday. You can start as early as 2 weeks after giving birth,” she added.
