Hayden Kho gave a thoughtful and meaningful interview about the marriage of his celebrity friends, Matteo Guidicelli and Sarah Geronimo.
KAMI learned that Hayden gave the newlyweds a piece of advice regarding their relationship and Sarah’s conflict with her mother, Divine Geronimo, who disapproved of the marriage.
According to the celebrity doctor’s interview with PUSH (authored by Rhea Manila Santos), Matteo and Sarah should not be scared of the trials they are facing because it might be God’s way of helping them grow as a couple.
He added that since Matteo, Sarah, and her parents are all Christians, God promised that everything will work out in the end for their good.
“You know, don’t think that this is necessarily bad. Kasi for all you know this is God working in the situation so that He can shape you, he can shape Matteo, and he can also shape the parents.
“I’m a Christian and I believe that all things work together for good for those who love the Lord. And si Matteo and Sarah are also both Christians. Even sila Mommy Divine and si Daddy are also both Christians.
“So I really believe that if you really love the Lord, then everything will fall into place. Maybe not right now, we trust in His timing. So ang sabi ko na lang sa kanila, ‘Just calm down. Just take it easy and trust the Lord. That he will do what is necessary.
“ At the end of everything, it will be the glory of God that will really shine kung magiging faithful kayo, kung hindi kayo magloloko, kung magiging loyal kayo sa isa’t isa at patutunayan mo Matteo na you will love Sarah like Jesus loves the church and si Sarah will also be faithful, parang ganun. Mas maikli yung sinabi ko kay Sarah pero I’m expounding (laughs),” Hayden told PUSH.
Another star, Regine Velasquez, told The Philippine Star (authored by Jan Milo Severo) that she believes Sarah and her mother will reconcile in the future
As for singer Martin Nievera, he told ABS-CBN News a husband and wife should always consult each other before making important life decisions.
