Ai-Ai delas Alas releases statement over Jiro Manio's alleged stabbing incident

Kapuso artist Ai-Ai Delas Alas has finally addressed the alleged frustrated hòmicide which former child star, Jiro Manio is involved in.
It can be recalled that Jiro was recently arrested for an alleged stabbing incident on January 17 at around 7 p.m.
KAMI learned that the said news prompted Ai-Ai to finally speak up about the events that transpired after she helped Jiro back in 2015.
In the video, Ai-Ai revealed that she sent Jiro to rehab after the latter was seen in NAIA, "After po nun, ni-rehab ko po si Jiro dito sa Quezon City na ayoko na po sanang sabihin pero alam ko madaming magtatanong sa inyo.
"Medyo may kamahalan po talaga yung rehab ni Jiro nun. Siguro na sa 60,000 a month siya."
The actress then revealed she sent Jiro to rehab the second time around after noticing that the latter hasn't fully recovered yet.
After sending Jiro to Bataan for rehab, Ai-Ai shared that an incident happened once more after Jiro went back home to Manila, "Until may nagsumbong sa akin na nagma-márijuana siya uli. So, yun ang time na sabi ko, 'Wala na 'to.'
"Parang pakiramdam ko, yung lahat ng binuhos kong effort, lahat ng binuhos ko na tulong, pangaral, suporta sa pamilya, parang natapon na lang nang ganun. Nasa rehab ka, bakit ka nagma-márijuana?"
This prompted Ai-Ai to eventually give up, "So, parang ang dating sa akin, parang napagod na ako. Yung sinumbong sa akin na iyon, siguro mga after ilang days o ilang weeks, nagsabi na siya sakin ng 'Mama, lalabas na ako ng rehab."
"So ako, wala na. Nawalan na ako ng pag-asa na, 'Wala na, hindi na magbabago si Jiro.'"
The actress then shared that she blocked Jiro afterwards. Her video elicited comments and reactions from netizens after its posting.
"God bless your good heart Ms. Ai."
"Tita Ai, be strong. You have a good heart and alam namin lahat yun."
"You have a good heart, miss Ai! Thanks sa full support for Jiro. You did your part with all your heart.
"Hayaan mo nalang na tumino yan sa kulungan mas okay na mas maranasan niya yan."

As reported earlier by KAMI, Jiro Manio has recently made headlines for being arrested over an alleged frustrated hòmicide. The 27-year-old former actor was brought to the Marikina City Police Station on Jan. 17 at around 7 p.m. The victim was stabbed three times during the alleged assault caused by Jiro. The said news elicited various reactions and comments from netizens on social media.
Jiro Manio is a former Filipino actor who started his acting career in the 1999 movie, Pamana.
