KC Concepcion took to social media her explanation regarding why she was absent at the birthday celebration of Sharon Cuneta on “ASAP Natin ‘To.”
KAMI learned that the “Megastar” was given tribute for her 54th birthday during the recent episode of the said noontime variety program.
Several award-winning singers sang with the veteran actress and she also received heartwarming messages from her colleagues in showbiz.

Meanwhile, many social media users noticed that the celebrity’s famous daughter was not around during the special birthday celebration.
Through an Instagram post, KC greeted her mom on her 54th birthday and she also apologized for being absent on “ASAP.”
She cited “personal” matters as the reason for failing to come to the variety show to celebrate with her mom on her special day.
She also said “I love you” to her mom and she admitted that she always prays for the veteran actress’ happiness.
“Happy birthday, mama. I’m sorry I couldn’t join the ASAP celebration for personal reasons. We may not be perfect, but in the many ways I know how to LOVE you, I have, I do and I always will,” KC wrote.
“I have done all I can to help you when I could and to make you proud knowing you had me so young. If I fail, I’m only human and I’m sorry. But I try my best. Happiest birthday to you mama. May your light shine brighter and brighter and I will see you soon. I love you and pray for your happiness always,” she added.
