Richard Gomez earned his doctorate degree in Public Administration during his graduation ceremonies at the Cebu Technological University on Friday, December 20.

In his Instagram account, the actor-politician posted a photo of him in his toga with a caption where he proudly shared his journey in achieving this new milestone in his life.

"Today I graduated with a Doctorate in Public Administration at the Cebu Technological University."

"My thesis was on Modeling the Intertwining Constructs of Green Information Technology Adoption Diversity."

His wife and 4th district representative of Leyte, Lucy Torres-Gomez is present in the ceremony and proudly showed support to her husband. She also gave a speech on the said event.
