Cheska and Doug Kramer shared glimpses of Scarlett's 8th birthday home setup. In an Instagram post, Doug posted a picture of Scarlett posing in her dog-themed birthday party setup.
He wrote, Scarlett's 8th birthday home set up! She's so excited!! We're all excited! It's a dog-themed bday party!
Cheska also shared some closer details of the setup.
According to Cheska, it was Doug who planned the party.

The second child of Doug Kramer and Cheska Garcia Kramer, Scarlett Louvelle Kramer turned eight years old on November 28.

Doug Kramer is best known as a Basketball Player. The Filipino professional basketball player is known for his time with teams like Barako Bull Energy and the San Miguel Beermen. He was born on July 10, 1983, in the Philippines.
Cheska Garcia was born in Makati, Philippines to Francisco Pablo Pellicer Garcia, a Spanish mestizo, and Maria Celeste Dahlia Villalobos Velasco, an Ilongga. She is the middle of three children. Her younger brother, Patrick, is also an actor. Her older brother, Pichon, has appeared in many commercials.
On October 9, 2008, Garcia married Kramer. They have three children - Clair Kendra, Scarlett Louvelle, and Gavin Phoenix.
