A light UAE plane crashed off the coast of Ras Al Khaimah, which killed two people.

Ras Al Khaima is one of UAE's seven emirates.

According to Inquirer's report, the pilot and the co-pilot were killed.

The casualties were also of Indian and Pakistani nationality.

“A light aircraft operated by the Jazirah Aviation Club crashed into the sea, claiming the lives of both the pilot and co-pilot,” said the General Civil Aviation Authority.

An investigation has already been launched in order to determine the cause of the crash.

It can be recalled that two major air disasters also occurred, one in South Korea and an earlier one in Kazahkstan.

The Jeju Air crash, which happened in Muan International Airport, took away 179 lives and is referred to as the deadliest aircraft crash in South Korean history.

According to the report of GMA News, the fire broke out at the second and third floor of a residential property. Firefighters reportedly had a hard time getting to the burning property due to the narrow alley. Investigators are still trying to find out the cause of the fire.

Meanwhile, a South Korean official explained to the public why they cannot hand over the bodies of the victims of the Jeju Air crash to their families yet. In a report by phoenixtv_news, the officer explained that at the scene, body fragments were everywhere. There was no intact body and they had to distinguish whose body parts were there. They have already commissioned the forensics agency to identify the parts through DNA testing, and only after it is done will they be able to release the bodies.
