Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Juan Ponce Enrile is still fighting for his life, according to his family.

Columnist Ramon Tulfo shared on Facebook that Enrile’s son, Jack, confirmed his father remains alive as of 9 p.m. on Tuesday.

However, he admitted that Enrile’s condition is critical and that he “may go anytime soon.” The family has not revealed the name of the hospital where he is being treated.

Jack explained that official government records list his father’s birthdate as February 14, 1924, which would make him 101 years old.
