Arnold Clavio has taken to social media to share a video of an interview with Vice President Sara Duterte, who is currently in the Netherlands.

She revealed that former presidential spokesperson Harry Roque is not part of former President Rodrigo Duterte’s legal team before the International Criminal Court (ICC).
“So far, hindi siya kasama sa legal team, si Atty. Harry Roque,” the Philippines’ second-in-command aired.
"Hindi pa kasi na-establish kung ano yung basis ng pag-stay niya dito sa Netherlands and we don't want complications ba. Gusto namin nakatutok talaga yung lawyers doon sa kaso.”

“And right now he's, I heard, applying for asylum? He publicly announced that already, so we want him to focus on his asylum and then we want our lawyers to focus on the case,” she told the reporters.
As he shared the video, Clavio also included an on-screen text that reads, “Uwi na Mars!”
Likewise, the veteran newscaster stressed in the caption that there is no reason for Roque to stay in the Hague anymore.

Harry Roque is a Filipino lawyer and politician. He was the presidential spokesperson during the administration of former president Rodrigo Duterte. Before entering politics, he used to be a professor in law school.
As previously reported by KAMI, Atty. Harry Roque will be seeking asylum in the Netherlands. The former presidential spokesperson himself made the declaration in a recent online press conference. He said that if his asylum status is approved, he cannot be deported to the Philippines. Roque also said that he cannot come home as he has to defend former President Rodrigo Duterte. This announcement follows recent comments from Palace Press Officer Undersecretary Atty. Claire Castro, who challenged Roque to return to the Philippines.
It can be recalled that Atty. Roque faced the House's arrest warrant after he was cited for contempt. He called the action of the congressmen investigating POGO operations 'power tripping.' He did not attend the hearing and did not submit documents regarding his family's wealth. Roque declared that the arrest order is illegal and that he will question it before the Supreme Court.
