In the said platform, the director wrote, “Tutal malakas na naman ang loob ng mga adik, baka merong window type na 2HP dyan, kahit madaling araw na ideliver, may adapter na sana na kasama.”
In the comments section of the post, one netizen then asked, “Direk san ba tlga ang puso mu sa mga Marcos o Duterte? O 50/50.”

Yap then wrote a short yet frank answer to the said query.
“Duterte ako. Si Imee lang love ko sa Marcos,” the director responded.

In a previous post, Yap openly talked about his support for former President Rodrigo Duterte since 2016.
“2016 pa lang nakasuporta na ako kay PRRD—kahit di nya pa ako kilala noon. Nagcommute lang kami ng grupo ko para madala ang 82ft flag namin sa luneta para kay Digong. Ni hindi kami binigyan kahit pamasahe, tulong lang ng Victory Liner Olongapo sa amin.”
He revealed, “Dahil sa pagsuporta ko ay naging Kaibigan ko si Imee at naging kaibigan ko rin si Inday.”
Yap went on, “Kahit noong pagpasok ko sa industriyang kinaroroonan ko ngayon—maraming humusga at inayawan ako dahil sa mga paninindigan ko.”
“Maraming beses kong ipinaliwanag ang sarili ko—may mga nakinig, may mga tumanggap—parehas man kami ng paniniwala o hindi. Pero nakakpagod magpaliwanag ng paninindigan, kasi di ko naman kailangang maintindihan ako.”
“Alam ng mga kaibigan ko sa pulitika kung ano ang paniniwala ko. Mula Federalismo hanggang sa War on Dr&gs,” he continued.
“May mga alam akong hindi naman nakikita ng publiko—loyalista man o DDS, kaya naiintindihan ko kung nagagalit kayo kay Imee o kay Inday.”
“Pinaninindigan ko ang pagkakaibigan namin ni Imee, Pinaninindigan ko ang pagkakaibigan namin ni Inday. Hindi mahirap— kasi parehas naman sila ng paniniwala at pinaglalaban.
“Yung mga galit kay Bongbong at ipinapasa kay Imee—hindi ko kayo pinipigilan, wala akong kapangyarihan para bastusin si Imee at ikwento sa inyo lahat ng pinagdadaanan niya. kung alam niyo lang.”
