Cong. Rowena Guanzon took to Facebook and made a cryptic post about activating the pa-victim card.
She reposted a quote that was posted by Phillip Bussell about treating people right.
"Treating people right is better than posting Bible verses everyday that you don't even practice."
She then added her own cryptic caption, which was talking about those who include motivational quotes, those who play pa-victim, and those who "iyak-iyak."

She posted a short but direct message saying, "To Ruffa, take it take it."

The congresswoman also previously warned an unnamed attorney in a tweet and she asked when did she become a purveyor of fake news.
