Sandro Marcos, the new representative for the 1st District of Ilocos Norte, recently revealed in a video interview by the Daily Tribune that he loves to cook.

The presidential son also said that his fondness for cooking is not something that everyone knows about.

“I cooking, which not a lot of people know about me,” Sandro said during an exclusive video interview by Daily Tribune in a segment called Straight Talk hosted by Dina Ventura and Roy Pelovello.

When asked what kind of dishes he likes to cook, the young Marcos answered he cooks various kinds of food.

“Iba-iba. When I was in the UK, I can’t eat out every day, ang mahal! So actually may usapan kami with my roommates is I’ll cook, coz I enjoy it anyway, I’ll cook three times a week, sila yung bibili ng groceries,” Sandro revealed.

Asked if he can cook adobo, the presidential son answered in the affirmative, and then revealed other dishes he used to prepare for him and his roommates.

“I can cook sinigang, but then not only Filipino food, I can cook Italian, I can cook Spanish, I can cook iba-iba,” the young congressman said.

The presidential son stayed in London, England, where he worked as event coordinator and economic consultant.

He is the grandson of the late President Ferdinand Edralin Marcos and First Lady Imelda Marcos.

In an exclusive interview with Dinah Ventura and Roy Pelovello of Daily Tribune, the presidential son categorically said that he is single. He also stated that he has nothing in his mind but work and plans of having his family are far from his mind at the moment. Sandro also dispelled rumors about things that people see or hear on social media.

Representative Sandro Marcos told Mayor Lani Mercado that he already has a girlfriend. The legislator confirmed this in a chance encounter with the Bacoor chief executive during the inauguration of VP-elect Sara Duterte in Davao City. Mayor Lani asked Representative Sandro about his girlfriend, whom Brian Revilla, the son of the chief executive, allegedly knew about. The representative of the 1st District of Ilocos Norte answered the question of Mayor Lani and at the same time requested if she could keep the information to herself.
