In a report by Rappler, the boxer-turned politician was in Dumaguete City on Saturday to hold his biggest rally yet as Negros Oriental 3rd District Representative Arnolfo “Arnie” Teves Jr. promised the presidential bet numbers on the upcoming national polls.
According to Inquirer.net, Teves, who organized the event, said that 80,000 people attended the rally.
Teves said there is no doubt that Pacquiao is leading in terms of popularity, as reported by Manila Bulletin. Aside from that, Teves stressed that, “No person is kinder than him.”

Meanwhile, on his Facebook page, Pacquiao posted aerial shots from the said rally.
Manny Pacquiao is an eight-division world boxing champion, considered one of the greatest boxers in history. He also found success as a politician, first becoming a congressman before getting elected as a senator. Manny is married to Jinkee Pacquiao, whom he called his best friend. Jinkee and the boxing legend have five children – Emmanuel Jr. (Jimuel), Michael Stephen, Mary Divine Grace (Princess), Queen Elizabeth (Queenie), and Israel.
Sen. Manny Pacquiao and Team Pacquiao recently held a grand rally in Cauayan, Isabela. He took to his Facebook page to share some photos taken at the event. The pictures include aerial shots showing the said rally’s huge crowd. In the caption, the said presidential aspirant expressed gratitude to the attendees of the event.
Previously, Pacquiao’s attention was caught by a vehicle with a campaign sticker, as shown in a viral video by GMA's Jun Veneracion. The said sticker bears a text that reads, “Pacquiao Hindi Magnanakaw”. After seeing the sticker, the senator also posed before the vehicle and pointed his finger at the sticker.
