Authorities have identified the individuals allegedly involved in the killing of former Miss Philippines Earth 2013 Runner-up Lullete Jane Ramilo, according to the Cagayan Valley police, ABS-CBN reported.

One of the suspects, identified as alias “Jay R,” has already been formally charged with murder and is currently undergoing preliminary investigation before the prosecutor’s office.

Police have yet to disclose the suspect’s direct connection to the victim as the case continues to develop.

Ramilo was fatally shot on February 13 while inside her SUV parked in front of her residence in Barangay Cabaritan, San Manuel, Isabela.

The shocking incident quickly drew public attention, prompting an intensified investigation by local authorities.

Initial findings suggest that personal motives may have played a role in the crime.

In a related development, authorities from the Bacoor Component City Police have identified the man seen in a viral video trying to open a vehicle as Joel Viola Matados. Police said he is a resident of General Trias, Cavite and may be experiencing a medical condition. His family shared that he had left home earlier that day and appeared disoriented during the incident. Motorist Lorie Sy recalled the alarming moment, saying, “I stayed locked inside my car while he repeatedly pulled on my door handle in the middle of traffic.” Authorities are now urging the public to provide any information that could help locate Matados so he can receive proper medical attention. Coordination with local health officials is also ongoing to ensure he is given appropriate care once found.
