The examinee, identified as Rasiya EB, said she had stepped out briefly to print an updated copy of her Notice of Admission (NOA), which she claimed was required by exam personnel before entering the venue. Upon returning, she was no longer allowed to proceed with the examination.

“Na-late lang ng 4 minutes kasi pinrint ko pa 'yung NOA ko na bago," she added.
Rasiya showed both documents in the video, pointing out the difference between the older and updated copies. She also emphasized that she was already listed as an examinee, with a designated room, seat number, and complete details prior to the incident.
“May pangalan naman na ako sa room, may upuan na, may seat number na lahat lahat meron na," she said.
Despite rushing to comply with the requirement, Rasiya said she was denied entry upon her return.
“Kahit anong pagmamakaawa ko hindi na talaga nila ako pinapasok," she shared.
The video has since sparked discussions online regarding exam protocols and the strict enforcement of rules during licensure examinations.
