A 53-year-old male teacher was shot dead by two suspects on a motorcycle in Rosales, Pangasinan. The incident happened on Tuesday in Barangay Carmay East while the victim was heading home, reports Jewel Fernandez of GMA Regional TV One North Central Luzon.

Police said the victim was riding his motorcycle back from Sta. Maria when the suspects allegedly followed him.
"The victim was targeted while on his way home," says the local police chief, emphasizing the apparent planning behind the attack.
Authorities confirmed that the teacher did not survive the shooting and was declared dead at the hospital.

"Despite immediate medical attention, he could not be saved," adds the police report.
