According to his family, Matados had wandered away from home and appeared disoriented at the time of the incident. Motorist Lorie Sy recounted the frightening encounter, saying she stayed locked inside her car while the man repeatedly tugged at her door handle in the middle of traffic. Authorities have asked the public to immediately report any sightings to help ensure Matados’ safety and proper medical attention.
