The attack was relentless; even after the victim collapsed onto the pavement, the suspects continued to strike and kick him.

A police officer on routine patrol witnessed the tail end of the assault and immediately responded, but the assailants managed to flee the scene initially.

The victim was rushed to Tanay General Hospital but was tragically pronounced dead on arrival due to multiple stab wounds.

According to the Tanay Municipal Police Station, the roots of the violence trace back to a petty argument two days prior.

The younger suspect, "Ulo," claimed that the victim had aggressively ordered him to fix a motorcycle chain. When he refused, he alleged that the victim kicked him and threatened him with a knife.

"I told my father about what happened, and he just wanted to protect me," the son stated during police questioning.

On Sunday, the father and son reportedly encountered the victim by chance, leading to the heated altercation that turned fatal.

While the son claims his father only used a sharpened bamboo stick and that the victim was the one armed with a balisong (butterfly knife), police recovered evidence suggesting a more lethal weapon was involved.

Following the incident, Police Master Sergeant Danilo Morales Jr. led a follow-up operation that tracked the father to a nearby hospital where he was seeking treatment for a lip wound. The son was later apprehended at a relative’s house in Pililla, Rizal.

The suspects have reportedly confessed to the crime, though they maintain they acted out of anger and self-defense.

Relatives of the victim, however, have suggested that underlying issues related to illegal drug5 may have also played a role in the long-standing friction between the parties.

Both the father and son are currently detained at the Tanay custodial facility and face formal charges of murder.

The unexpected sight of the wig fluttering on Miller’s head drew humorous comparisons from ringside announcers, who described the scene as reminiscent of a classic cartoon. In a candid post-fight reveal, Miller admitted the wig was a last-minute fix after he accidentally used ammonium bleach instead of shampoo at his mother's house just days prior. Despite the viral distraction, "Big Baby" Miller maintained his focus to secure a split-decision win, later celebrating by playfully rubbing his exposed scalp for the cameras.
