Based on a video captured by Rhia Babac, several individuals can be seen standing in the middle of the road assisting the injured woman from the initial motorcycle accident.

While they were helping her, a taxi suddenly approached at high speed and crashed directly into the group.

Bystanders nearby immediately rushed in to help and called for emergency assistance.

The two men struck by the taxi, along with the woman involved in the motorcycle accident, were quickly taken to the nearest hospital.

Authorities reported that four individuals were injured in the separate incidents, but all are now in stable condition and did not suffer critical injuries.

According to the investigation conducted by the Oton municipal police, the taxi driver allegedly did not see the people on the road due to poor visibility in the area.

Police said the section of the bridge where the crash occurred was dark, which may have prevented the driver from noticing the situation ahead.

Police also stated that discussions took place between the involved parties following the incident.

Eventually, both sides were able to reach an agreement, and no further complaints were filed.

Authorities continue to remind motorists to slow down and remain alert, especially in poorly lit areas and in locations where accidents have already occurred, to prevent similar incidents from happening again.

American man found dead inside rented room in Cebu City

In an earlier KAMI report, a family of three was brutally murdered inside their own store in Barangay Mallorca, San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija. CCTV footage showed three men entering the shop, pulling down the roll-up door, and fatally shooting all three victims. Before escaping, one of the suspects was seen taking a bag and a mobile phone from the scene. A separate report by Gary De Leon on TV5’s Frontline Pilipinas revealed that the family had allegedly been receiving threats after lending ₱1 million to a fellow barangay resident, who reportedly intended to use the money for a business venture.

Meanwhile, another local incident that went viral involved a 51-year-old public school teacher in Las Piñas City who was stabbed several times by her own husband. Based on a report by EJ Gomez on Unang Balita, the 38-year-old suspect carried out the attack inside the school’s faculty room. Authorities said the school had a security guard, but because the suspect was a familiar figure, he was able to enter and leave the premises without difficulty. The suspect claimed he went to the school to speak with his wife and resolve their issues, but their conversation allegedly escalated into a heated argument that ended in violence.
