In an earlier KAMI article, the Bureau of Customs was said to be taking a closer look at the importation of about 40 luxury vehicles reportedly connected to the family of Sarah Discaya. The review allegedly started after a viral interview showcased the family’s collection of high-end cars. Authorities are now checking import documents, shipping records, and the names of listed consignees to determine whether any customs regulations were violated. Discaya has also been linked to contractors involved in flood control projects that are currently being examined by the Senate. In a separate development, reports confirmed the passing of former Department of Public Works and Highways undersecretary Catalina Cabral.
