Dashcam videos captured the whole mess on Monday morning right in front of a hospital along E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue in Barangay Kalusugan, Quezon City.

Everything started when the driver of a Toyota Fortuner decided to counterflow just to get ahead.

He clipped a passing motorcycle.

The rider lost control instantly, slid across the asphalt, and ended up with painful injuries.

Moments later, a black Ford Raptor came flying down the same lane, clearly trying to catch the Fortuner. The driver saw the fallen motorcycle too late, stepped hard on the brakes, and managed to stop.

Unfortunately, a gray Toyota Hilux right behind him could not react fast enough and slammed into the Raptor’s rear. The metal crumpled, the bumpers broke, and traffic stopped completely.

The Quezon City Police District Traffic Sector 4 quickly gathered the footage and witness statements.

Officers forwarded the report to the Land Transportation Office the same day.

LTO chief Assistant Secretary Markus V. Lacanilao wasted no time. He ordered the 90-day suspension of all three drivers’ licenses even before the formal charges were filed.

The drivers now have to surrender their plastic cards at any LTO office. Failure to do so will only make things worse.

Agency officials explained that reckless driving and being an improper person to hold a license are serious violations. Permanent revocation remains very possible once the hearing ends.

Registered owners received show-cause orders too.

Everyone must appear before the Intelligence and Investigation Division at the LTO Central Office on East Avenue.

They need to explain why their vehicles were used in an illegal race on a public road.

Meanwhile, the three SUVs stay on the alarm list. Police anywhere in the country can flag them down until the case closes.

In a previous report by KAMI, a family of three was mercilessly shot and killed inside their store in Barangay Mallorca, San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija. In a report by Gary De Leon of TV 5's 'Frontline Pilipinas,' the family started getting threats after lending P1-M to one of the residents of their barangay; allegedly using the money for business.

In another viral local report, a 51-year-old public school teacher in Las Piñas City was stabbed multiple times by her own husband. According to the report of EJ Gomez in 'Unang Balita,' the 38-year-old suspect committed the crime inside the school's faculty room. Police authorities said the school has a security guard, but, being a familiar face in the school, the suspect managed to easily get in and out of the school. The suspect said he was there to talk to his wife and settle their misunderstanding, but unfortunately, it led to a big arguement.
