Actress Nikki Valdez took to social media to pay tribute to her late father, marking a decade since his passing.

In a deeply emotional post, she reflected on the lasting impact of his presence in her life and her family’s daily memories.
“Hi, Dad! It’s been a decade since you left your earthly life. Sometimes, I feel like it was only yesterday when that painful morning happened to our family BUT I made sure to share some of our last few happy pics together,” Nikki wrote, sharing snapshots of their final moments together.
She spoke about the comfort she still draws from him in spirit, especially during demanding or tiring days.

“Thank you for still being there in spirit specially during those days when I am very, very tired. You surely know when I need you the most,” she added.
Nikki revealed that the family often talks about him during meals, fondly recalling the joyful moments they shared.
Nikki also honored her father’s role as a grandfather, describing him as “our best Dad and Nonno to your beautiful grandchildren.”
She acknowledged the brevity of his time with them but expressed gratitude for the blessing of his life.
“I wish you were still given more years to be with us but 10 years ago was your time to go back to our Creator and we cannot thank God enough for blessing us with your life,” she said.
