Upon verification, investigators found that he had a standing warrant of arrest for a murder case issued in July 2024.

He was also identified as the suspect in a shooting incident in Maharlika on October 28, where a man was killed.

Though the CCTV did not capture the actual shooting, the sound of gunfire could be heard, followed by a man running away.

Witnesses later confirmed that the suspect was the same person they saw fleeing the scene.

The suspect denied any involvement, saying the accusations were false. He admitted, however, that he already had an existing warrant for another murder case.

Despite his denial, police described him as a gun-for-hire and said he would face multiple charges, including illegal possession of firearms and explosives.

He insisted he was not a killer, claiming he was a good person who was wrongly accused.
