According to a report from GMA Regional TV Balitanghali on Tuesday, dashcam footage captured one motorcycle speeding down the road just moments before the violent crash.
The footage showed the vehicle slamming into another motorcycle traveling from the opposite direction.
Both riders were immediately taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Authorities said the impact left them with serious injuries, and they remain under close medical observation.
The General Santos City Police Traffic Enforcement Unit reported that the incident happened when one of the riders attempted to make a U-turn and was struck by the oncoming motorcycle.
Investigators are still determining the exact cause and whether speed or lack of road visibility contributed to the collision.
Police said they are also trying to reach the families of both victims for statements and further coordination.
The incident has once again raised concerns about road safety and reckless driving, especially among motorcyclists in the city.
Authorities are urging riders to follow traffic regulations, reduce speed, and exercise caution to prevent similar accidents on busy roads like Phil-Am Road.
