Three young siblings died after being trapped inside their burning house in Barangay Sto. Domingo, Quezon City, on Tuesday morning.

According to a report by Isa Avendaño-Umali of Super Radyo dzBB, the victims were 10, 7, and 5 years old.

Their mother said she was at a hospital at the time of the incident, attending to her mother’s medical examination.

While she was away, a fire broke out in their three-story home before noon. The woman has not seen her children since the blaze started and continues to wait for updates from authorities.

The fire reached the third alarm before it was completely put out.

Firefighters worked hard to stop the flames, but the children were already trapped inside the burning structure.

Neighbors also tried to help, but the fire spread quickly, making it hard to enter the house.

Authorities are now investigating what caused the fire.

They are checking if faulty electrical wiring or an unattended appliance may have started it.

Social workers and barangay officials are also assisting the grieving family and helping them recover from the tragedy.

The heartbreaking incident has drawn sympathy from the community, with many offering prayers and donations to support the victims’ mother as she faces the loss of her three children.

Police authorities said the school has a security guard, but, being a familiar face in the school, the suspect managed to easily get in and out of the school. The suspect said he was there to talk to his wife and settle their misunderstanding, but unfortunately, it led to a big arguement.
