In a report by Bea Pinlac on 24 Oras Weekend, customer Jean Pellegas said she had waited for nearly two hours for her food order.

Exhausted and hungry, she was initially frustrated—until she saw the elderly delivery man arrive at her doorstep drenched in sweat and out of breath.

“Paglabas ko, ano siya, pawis na pawis. Tapos 'yung kamay niya, sobrang dumi. Tapos, hinihingal. Sabi niya, ‘Pasensiya na ha, nasira 'yung bike ko. Kaya nilakad ko na lang.’ Sobrang nakakadurog,” Pellegas recalled.
