Marikina 2nd District Councilor Jaren Feliciano denied the circulating photo of her with Marikina 1st District Rep.
Marcy Teodoro posted on a Facebook page called “Marikina Daily News (original).”
She said the images were fake, AI-generated, and an act of disrespect.
Feliciano expressed disappointment in a Facebook post, saying it was insulting and below the belt.

She added that the spread of the AI-edited photo was clearly a form of character attack. She also reminded the public not to treat her as a “prop” or “meme material,” stressing that she refuses to be used in such malicious acts.

According to her, those who personally know her can attest that the accusations against the congressman have no truth at all.
Meanwhile, the Department of Justice confirmed that two female police officers filed complaints of rape and acts of lasciviousness against Congressman Teodoro.
DOJ spokesperson Jose Dominic Clavano IV said the officers were once assigned as Teodoro’s close-in security at different times.
Teodoro, however, denied the allegations, calling them false and malicious. He explained that the accusations had no basis and were meant only to destroy his reputation.

Marcelino “Marcy” Teodoro is a Filipino politician and educator who currently serves as the mayor of Marikina City. He is known for his hands-on leadership, especially during floods and other disasters, where he personally oversees rescue and relief operations for affected residents. Before becoming mayor, he served as the congressman representing Marikina’s lone district, where he pushed for laws on education and disaster preparedness. Aside from politics, he also worked as a college professor, which influenced his focus on education and youth development in his governance.

In a previous report by KAMI, Marcelino “Marcy” Teodoro denied the accusations against him and said that the cases were malicious and baseless. He insisted that the allegations were a politically motivated attack and that he had not received any formal complaint. Teodoro pointed out that under DOJ Circular No. 20, there must be sufficient evidence and legal review before a preliminary investigation can take place. Meanwhile, the DOJ confirmed that two female police officers filed cases against the congressman for alleged acts of lasciviousness and rape by sexual assault.
In another viral local report, a 51-year-old teacher in a public school in Las Piñas City was repeatedly stabbed by her own husband. According to a report by EJ Gomez of “Unang Balita,” the crime happened inside the faculty room of the school. Police said the school had a guard, but since the suspect was familiar in the area, he was able to enter and leave easily. The suspect claimed he went there to talk to his wife and fix their misunderstanding, but it ended in a heated confrontation.
