Curlee Discaya, kinanta ang mga politiko at DPWH officials na sangkot umano sa flood control issue

• Ang contractor na si Pacifico “Curlee” Discaya II, asawa ni Sarah Discaya, ay naglabas ng listahan ng ilang kongresista at DPWH officials na umano’y humingi ng pera kapalit ng proyekto
• Sinabi niyang walang choice ang kanilang kompanya dahil kung hindi sila susunod ay maaantala o mawawala ang kontrata
• Ayon kay Discaya, hinihingi raw ng mga opisyal mula 10% hanggang 25% ng halaga ng proyekto
• Pinangalanan din niya ang ilang DPWH officials na umano’y sangkot sa anomalya sa flood control projects

Sa ikatlong pagdinig ng Senate Blue Ribbon panel noong Lunes, pinangalanan ni contractor Pacifico “Curlee” Discaya II ang ilang kongresista at DPWH officials na umano’y nanghihingi ng pera para sa proyekto ng gobyerno.

Ayon kay Discaya, napilitan silang magbigay dahil kung hindi raw sila susunod, gagawan ng problema ang proyekto tulad ng termination o right-of-way issues.

Pagkatapos nilang manalo sa bidding, may mga opisyal ng DPWH na lalapit para hingin ang kanilang parte sa pondo ng proyekto.

Paliwanag pa niya, ang hinihingi ng mga ito ay hindi bababa sa 10% at umaabot pa hanggang 25% ng halaga ng proyekto.

Pinangalanan din ni Discaya ang ilang DPWH officials na sangkot umano sa anomalya tulad nina Regional Director Eduarte Virgilio ng Region 5, Director Ramon Arriola III ng UPMO, District Engineer Henry Alcantara ng Bulacan 1st, Undersecretary Robert Bernardo, at iba pa.

Dagdag pa niya, karamihan sa mga opisyal ng DPWH na binanggit ay nagsabi na dapat ibigay kay Zaldy Co ang pera at dapat ay hindi bababa sa 25%.

Ayon din kay Discaya, ilang beses raw binanggit ni Cong. Marvin Rillo na malapit siyang kaibigan ni Speaker Martin Romualdez.

Patuloy ang imbestigasyon ng Senado sa flood control projects na iniugnay sa malawakang korapsyon.

BOC will check the consignee of the vehicles to see if there were violations in their importation Discaya has also been connected to contractors of flood control projects now under Senate investigation.

Additionally, Korina Sanchez-Roxas recently posted on her Instagram account. There, she posed in front of a beautiful palace while she was in Disneyland. However, she also made fun of it in relation to the recent issue involving her. She wrote in the first part of her post, "My P10 Million Palace," which was somehow related to the allegations thrown against her by Mayor Vico Sotto.
