Authorities confirmed that the suspects involved in the incident are minors.

They are currently under the custody of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) as required by law, instead of being detained in a regular police facility.

The police are conducting a further investigation to determine the circumstances that led to the violent altercation.

Authorities are also coordinating with the MSWDO and the parents of the minors to decide on the appropriate legal and welfare measures.
