According to a report from GMA Regional TV’s Balitanghali, residents of Barangay Bantilan and Barangay Santa Catalina Sur spotted the overturned vehicle. Curious, they approached the car and discovered the lifeless body of the driver trapped inside.

Authorities later identified the victim as a local resident of the area. Initial investigation revealed that the accident occurred at around 2 a.m., though the exact cause has yet to be determined.

The driver’s remains have been subjected to an autopsy to determine any underlying medical conditions or injuries that may have contributed to the incident.
