According to PLt. Idelfonso Leonardo, deputy chief of the Isabela Municipal Police Station, a motorcycle driven by 20-year-old Alenmar was heading south with his live-in partner, 18-year-old Rudilyn, and their 9-month-old baby.
Another motorcycle, driven by 34-year-old Gene Mark, was traveling in the opposite direction with passenger Rona, 36, and two male minors.
Police said Gene Mark lost control of his motorcycle, veered into the opposite lane, and collided with the oncoming vehicle.

Due to the impact, both drivers and their passengers sustained injuries.
Most suffered minor wounds, but Rona sustained serious head and body injuries. One of her sons also suffered serious injuries.
All victims were rushed to the Ignacio Lacson Arroyo Memorial District Hospital for medical treatment.
Authorities are continuing their investigation to determine possible charges and the exact cause of the accident.
