The man who was caught on video dancing in just his underwear on top of a moving tricycle in Iloilo City has turned himself in to the police and explained his actions.
According to a report on 24 Oras Weekend, the police confirmed the identities of the man, the tricycle driver, and their companions.
One of the people with them was a minor.
After learning that authorities were looking for them, the group voluntarily went to the police station.

The man who danced said he was only copying a vlog he had seen online.
However, the Land Transportation Office (LTO) Region 6 did not approve of what they did.
The agency said the tricycle driver could face serious consequences, including possibly being banned from getting a driver’s license in the future.
The GMA Integrated News team is still trying to get further statements from the man and the others involved.
The incident happened in the early morning of July 31 along Diversion Road in Mandurriao, Iloilo City.
A video showing the man dancing nearly naked on top of the moving tricycle quickly went viral online.
Authorities reminded the public to act responsibly in public places, especially on the road, to avoid putting themselves and others in danger.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
