In the Philippines, a pellet gun is a type of air gun that shoots small projectiles called pellets using compressed air or gas instead of gunpowder.

These guns are commonly used for target practice, pest control, or recreational shooting.

They are not considered firearms but are still regulated under Republic Act 10591 or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.

To own a pellet gun in the Philippines, you must register it with the Philippine National Police or PNP and get the proper permit.

Using a pellet gun to threaten or harm people can lead to criminal charges, just like using a real firearm.

The suspect said he was there to talk to his wife and settle their misunderstanding, but unfortunately, it led to a big arguement.
