Despite the theft being clearly captured on video, the owner of the goats reportedly chose not to file a complaint with the police.
Meanwhile, in a separate incident in Barangay San Vicente, Leganes in Pototan town, a man was arrested after being caught stealing three goats.
The animals, worth approximately ₱21,000 in total, were successfully recovered and returned to their rightful owner.
Authorities have filed a theft complaint against the suspect, who refused to provide a statement regarding the incident.
