Police reports revealed that the male motorcycle taxi rider sustained abrasions on his hands, while his female passenger complained of body pain.
Authorities were able to track down the motorcycle involved and discovered that a 14-year-old boy was the driver.
The victims chose not to press charges. The minor and his father underwent counseling with the Social Services Development Department (SSDD), while police continue to search for the minor’s back rider.
