The 34 missing "sabungeros," who were believed to be already dead, were allegedly buried in Taal Lake, according to one of the suspects.
"Totoy," one of the six security guards at the Manila Arena, also confessed in an interview with Emil Sumangil of GMA 7's '24 Oras' that the victims were strangled to death.
He further revealed that it was not only the missing sabungeros who were buried there, but allegedly, some drug lords as well, according to Totoy.
He expressed his desire to become a state witness to help the families of the victims in their pursuit of justice.

According to him, he'd contact those who they found cheating in the cockfighting arena. He will collect their names and talk to them before forwarding the names to another group.
Allegedly, not only 34, but according to him, the number of individuals whom they took care of related to cheating in cockfighting would reach more than 100.
In his affidavit, he also vowed to reveal the names of the people who ordered him to commit the crime.
