Tears flowed as two sisters were arrested by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in Concepcion, Tarlac for allegedly selling lewd photos and videos of their own children and nieces.

The arrest, conducted as part of an anti-cybercrime operation, led to the rescue of 10 minors, including a 3-month-old infant.
Authorities reported that the sisters broke down emotionally as agents took the children from their custody.
Witnesses described the scene as heartbreaking, with the women weeping uncontrollably while pleading with officers not to separate them from the children.

The NBI, however, stressed the importance of safeguarding the welfare of the minors, who are now under the care of social services.
During the arrest, NBI officers professionally informed the suspects of their rights, reading them their Miranda rights in full.
The sisters remained emotional throughout the procedure but cooperated with the agents.
According to the investigation, the illicit materials were being distributed in exchange for money through online platforms.
Authorities are now working to identify buyers and accomplices involved in the operation.
The rescued children, whose ages range from infancy to adolescence, are undergoing medical check-ups and trauma counseling.
Social welfare officers are also looking into placing them in safe shelters while legal proceedings are ongoing.
The NBI emphasized its commitment to cracking down on all forms of online s3xual exploitation, especially those involving minors. Investigations remain ongoing, with charges against the suspects expected to be filed in the coming days.
