This comes after a viral video showed a passenger with disability, identified as "Mark," being assaulted while on a bus.

At the same time, the license of the bus driver involved in the incident has been suspended for 90 days.

Dizon mentioned that it's the driver's responsibility to ensure the passengers' safety. He also added that based on the investigation, the penalty should've been beyond suspension.

"Based on investigation yung kundoktor mismo ang nag-taser. Hindi lang suspension, kaso yan criminal yon. Hindi na kelangan victim ang magkaso. I will direct now LTFRB to file a case through the prosecutor, against the conductor alleged sya mismo nag-taser sa PWD," said Dizon.

"Unacceptable kaso yan, criminal case yan against the conductor, we will file that on our own through the city prosecutor," Dizon said in a briefing with LTO and LTFRB.

He pointed at the different parts of his body, which were painful The brother of Mark also said that the latter was able to come home the following day.

In another viral local report, a 51-year-old public school teacher in Las Piñas City was stabbed multiple times by her own husband. According to the report of EJ Gomez in 'Unang Balita,' the 38-year-old suspect committed the crime inside the school's faculty room. Police authorities said the school has a security guard, but, being a familiar face in the school, the suspect managed to easily get in and out of the school.
