A 44-year-old man shot another man in Barangay 104, Tondo, Manila.

Caught on camera, the suspect was walking with his wife when he suddenly pulled out a gun and shot a man wearing a white shirt.

After the shooting, the suspect calmly walked away with his wife, while the victim was left wounded with a gunshot to his stomach.

A female student was also hit and sustained a gunshot wound to her thigh.

According to the report of EJ Gomez of GMA 7's '24 Oras Weekend,' the suspect and the victim didn't know each other.

Authorities said the two got into a heated argument, which led to the suspect shooting the victim after.

According to the sister of the victim, her brother needs to undergo a second operation because there was shrapnel inside the victim's body.

The suspect was later arrested in Caloocan, it was discovered that he's a driver at the city hall.

The suspect said the victim took it in a bad way when he signaled that he'd park where the victim was walking.

The two reportedly got into an argument, which led to the victim threatening the suspect.

The suspect will be charged with frustrated murder and physical injury.
