A former traffic enforcer in Mariveles, Bataan, tragically lost his life on Thursday evening after being attacked and fatally stabbed by a group of knife-wielding men.

The 52-year-old victim’s life was cut short in a violent encounter that has left his family and the local community in shock and mourning.

According to reports, the incident unfolded when the victim left his residence to purchase food.

His widow recounted that there were suspicious individuals loitering in the vicinity as he went out.

Her apprehension was tragically realized when the former enforcer became the target of a brutal assault.

The victim’s son, who witnessed the horrific event, provided a harrowing account of the moments leading up to the fatal stabbing.

He stated that his father had been involved in a heated verbal altercation with the same group of men prior to the deadly encounter.

Another sibling reportedly overheard the men directing vulgar language towards their father during this initial confrontation.

The son further narrated that after his father returned home, he went outside again, and the concerned son followed him in an attempt to de-escalate any potential conflict. Sadly, their efforts were in vain.

A confrontation ensued, and the group of men launched a violent attack, resulting in both the father and son being stabbed.

The son detailed the escalating nature of the attack, stating that they were initially confronted by two individuals, but the situation quickly spiraled out of control as more men joined the fray.

In a desperate attempt to defend themselves, the father reportedly had a knife, and the son armed himself with a machete, though he claimed his intention was merely to deter the attackers.

Law enforcement authorities swiftly responded to the scene, and one suspect has already been apprehended in connection with the crime.

However, the remaining individuals involved in the fatal stabbing are currently at large, and a manhunt is underway to bring them to justice.
