A woman named Rosemarie or Marie Dela Cruz fell victim to a scam by a man who pretended to be a middleman for her purchase.
She was supposed to buy metal sheet piles worth almost 3 million pesos from a metal supplier
A man identified as "Lindon" brought Marie inside the office of the metal supplier where the transaction took place.
Even though the acknowledgment receipt was not under the name of the metal supplier, Marie still went ahead with the transaction.

However, on the day when Dela Cruz was supposed to get the metal supplies, not a single metal sheet came in
As it turned out, the middleman was a scammer, and allegedly took away her money.
According to the report, the supplier expressed dismay for using their company's name in scamming a customer. The firm said the suspect introduced himself as a buyer that's why they were given access inside their warehouse.
The metal supplier is looking into filing a complaint against the bogus middleman.
Meanwhile, Marie also plans of filing a complaint to the National Bureau of Investigation.

Police authorities said the school has a security guard, but being a familiar face in the school, the suspect managed to easily get in and out of the school. The suspect said he was there to talk to his wife and settle their misunderstanding, but unfortunately, it led to a big arguement.
