According to the investigations done by the authorities, the dr*gs were originally from Cavite.
The suspects, on the other hand, admitted to the crime and confessed that they're really selling illegal dr*gs.
They will be charged with the violation of the Philippines' Comprehensive Dangerous Dr*gs Act.
The Comprehensive Dangerous Dr*gs Act of 2002, officially known as Republic Act No. 9165, is the main law in the Philippines that addresses illegal dr*gs. It outlines the policies for preventing and punishing drug-related offenses, including the use, possession, manufacture, tr*fficking, and sale of illegal substances. The law created the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), which is responsible for enforcing the drug laws. It also sets strict penalties for violations, with heavier punishments for involvement in organized drug activities or targeting minors. Aside from enforcement, the law also includes programs for rehabilitation, education, and community involvement to help address the root causes of drug use and support recovery for drug dependents.
