He was arrested in his hotel in Pasay and was brought to the Bureau of Immigration.

In a report by Arnold Clavio in GMA 7's 'Unang Balita,' BI considers the Russian vlogger as "undesirable foreign national."

He was put in the detention facility of Camp Bagong Diwa before his deportation. Vitaly refused to issue any statement about the incident.

It can be recalled that in his recent LIVE video streamed on KICK, he was seen engaging in disturbing behavior while roaming around BGC.

He titled the LIVE "Vitaly DISTURBING THE PEACE in Philippines," which perfectly matched his actions throughout the stream.

Due to numerous complaints, BGC is now taking legal steps against the content creator. During the stream, he harassed security guards, threatened to rob a woman while calling her names, and even attempted to steal an industrial fan.

Previously, in a statement shared by Rappler, BGC addressed the issue, saying, “We are aware of multiple reports regarding disruptive incidents involving a social media personality within BGC.”

They added, “We are actively coordinating with the appropriate authorities and are pursuing necessary legal measures to address the situation.”

BGC also emphasized that “Ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone in BGC remains our top priority. We continue to work closely with the authorities to uphold safety and security within the estate.”

Because of multiple reports, BGC is now pursuing to file a complaint against the content creator.

In another viral local report, a 51-year-old public teacher in Las Piñas City was stabbed multiple times by her own husband. According to the report of EJ Gomez in 'Unang Balita,' the 38-year-old suspect committed the crime inside the school's faculty room. Police authorities said the school has a security guard, but being a familiar face in the school, the suspect managed to easily get in and out of the school. The suspect said he was there to talk to his wife and settle their misunderstanding, but unfortunately, it led to a big arguement.
