A man identified as Dodong was rushed to the hospital after sustaining multiple injuries in a stabbing incident involving his girl best friend and her jealous boyfriend.

According to News5, the violent attack stemmed from a seemingly harmless message.
The victim had sent an “I love you” text to his girl best friend, which enraged the latter’s boyfriend.
While Dodong insisted that the message was purely platonic, the suspect saw it as a threat to his relationship.

Tension escalated when Dodong was having dinner at home, unaware of the danger looming.
The suspect reportedly barged into his residence and launched a frenzied stabbing attack using a knife.
Dodong sustained slash wounds on his back and thigh, as well as a head injury before he was able to seek help.
Fortunately, Dodong survived the attack and is currently receiving medical treatment. Meanwhile, law enforcement officials were able to locate the suspect, who fled after the stabbing.
The girl and the suspect eventually broke up and the latter promised to shoulder the expenses concerning the injuries of the victim.
This case serves as a stark reminder of how misunderstandings and emotional outbursts can spiral into violence, urging the need for better communication and conflict resolution.
