A video of a man rescuing a foreign national who collapsed on a concrete floor is now going viral.
The rescuer has been identified as Leonides Sollegue Jr., also known as "Tikloi," who is a trained first aider.
In the now-viral video, Tikloi can be seen carefully assisting the foreigner on the ground while explaining the first aid procedure he was about to perform.
The foreigner appeared to have lost consciousness briefly before falling to the ground.

He was facing the ground when he was seen on the first part of the video.
Tikloi, with the help of another man, turned the foreigner's entire body to face up, revealing that his face was covered in blood.
"Are you okay? Talk to me, talk to me," said Tikloi. "I'm a trained first aider. Now, just follow what I say, okay? I'm gonna put down your legs and I will lift you up."
Based on Tikloi's Facebook account, he seems to be very fit and healthy, has an active lifestyle. Ultimately, he appeared to be a member of the Philippine NAVY.
According to the report by TV 5's ''Frontline Pilipinas Weekend,' the Philippine Red Cross, the foreigner quickly recovered thanks to Tikloi's quick thinking and knowledge in first aid application.
