According to a report by Frontline Tonight, the young victim herself allegedly pointed out the suspect after he was caught on the school's CCTV.
The molestation of the victim allegedly occurred when the child went to the toilet located right outside their classroom.
According to the victim, she could not reach the dipper that was placed on the high rea of the toilet so the suspect helped her.

The victim immediately reported the incident to her teacher.
Meanwhile, the victim's school clarified that the suspect is not their employee and that he has allegedly been victimizing Grade 1 and Grade 3 students several times.
However, only one report reached the administration.
As a result, the school has reportedly implemented a buddy system for female students whenever they use the bathroom.
Teachers are also reportedly no longer allowing their students to wait alone while their pick-ups are not yet available.
The victim's parents have also filed a formal complaint with the Women's and Children's Desk.

In another viral local report, a man was arrested for killing his neighbor in Barangay Wines, Baguio District, Davao City. The stabbing incident was committed on March 02, 2025; the victim was identified as Alvin Dulos, 51 years old. As reported in TV 5's 'Frontline Pilipinas,' the suspect, Jason Dalayon, was resting on a hammock when he saw the victim and called him. That's when the suspect stabbed the victim, multiple times; as reported, the victim sustained a total of 13 stab wounds.
