STL (Small Town Lottery) is a government-regulated local lottery game operated by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO). It was introduced as an alternative to illegal numbers games like jueteng and serves as a legal means for small-scale lottery operations across different provinces and cities.

STL generates revenue for charitable programs and public services, while also providing livelihood opportunities for people employed in its operations, such as bet collectors and coordinators.
